Background:
The project mainly aims to start a new Arab initiative to introduce & sustain the concept in 4 specific ways:
- Intercultural Understanding and Exchange programs.
- Economic Integration.
- Non Formal Education.
- Community Development Awareness.
The main theme of the seminar will be based on training the participants in general training aspects to enhance their skills and gear their capacities towards creating new initiatives, and to be able to work and sustain projects/ programs in the four WAYS mentioned above, in addition, it would be our gateway to begin community development and social change projects/ program initiatives within the Middle Eastern area .
The Organizers:
Intercultural Youth Dialogue Association (IYDA) is an Egyptian nongovernmental organization established in 2009 and registered under no.7668 at the Egyptian ministry of social solidarity as a not for profit organization that provides educational trainings and cultural services for youth in order to encourage fellowship among nations. IYDA main mission are to promote peace and mutual understanding through international exchange programs for young people.
IYDA is seeking mutual understanding and cultural difference respect, and since that the Egyptian Youth are hoping to live in a world full of peace and understanding, we thought of bringing all Youth living in one place together. (WAYS) is our approach of understanding, respecting and living with the others, (WAYS) will help Arabs better communicate and work together and be more aware of the Arab internal affairs and have vision on how to change it around.
