The Association PADIL, in partnership with the Nala Feminist Collective, participated in the Pan-African Intergenerational Dialogue on Strengthening Access to Justice for All Women and Girls, Justice in Solidarity, represented by Hamed Kriaa, a committed volunteer from the association.
Proud of this contribution, PADIL celebrates a powerful initiative that brought together diverse feminist voices, experiences, and visions from across the African continent.
This dialogue enabled the co-creation of the African Intergenerational Feminist Declaration for CSW70 (Africa Intergenerational Feminist Declaration on Strengthening Access to Justice for All Women and Girls), a bold and visionary document that goes far beyond a mere call to action. It embodies a shared political will, deep feminist solidarity, and the emergence of a unified continental movement rooted in justice, accountability, and transformative change.
For PADIL, access to justice is not only a fundamental right for women and girls, it is an essential lever for building inclusive, equitable, and sustainable societies.
As we close a year marked by historic mobilization, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all activists, organisations, and individuals who made this intergenerational network possible. The Declaration has now been submitted to UN Women and will serve as a strategic compass guiding our collective actions, particularly in the lead-up to the 60th session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW70) in March 2026.
Standing firmly with the most marginalized, PADIL remains unwavering in its commitment to amplify their voices and relentlessly advocate for justice in solidarity.
Because across Africa, every woman and every girl must be able to claim, access, and fully live her rights.

Dialogue panafricain intergénérationnel sur le renforcement de l’accès à la justice pour toutes les femmes et les filles – Justice en solidarité - Décembre 2025
L’Association PADIL, en partenariat avec le Nala Feminist Collective, a pris part au Dialogue panafricain intergénérationnel sur le renforcement de l’accès à la justice pour toutes les femmes et les filles, Justice en solidarité, représentée par Hamed Kriaa, volontaire engagé au sein de l’association.
Fière de cette participation, PADIL salue une initiative puissante qui a réuni voix, expériences et visions féministes à travers tout le continent africain. Ce dialogue a permis la co-création de la Déclaration féministe intergénérationnelle africaine pour la CSW70 (Africa Intergenerational Feminist Declaration on Strengthening Access to Justice for All Women and Girls), un texte audacieux, bien plus qu’un simple appel : il incarne une volonté politique collective, une confiance féministe profonde et l’émergence d’un mouvement continental solidaire, ancré dans la justice, la responsabilité et le changement transformateur.
Pour PADIL, l’accès à la justice n’est pas seulement un droit fondamental pour les femmes et les filles ; c’est un levier essentiel pour construire des sociétés inclusives, équitables et durables.
Alors qu’une année marquée par une mobilisation historique touche à sa fin, nous adressons nos remerciements chaleureux à toutes les militantes, organisations et personnes engagées qui ont rendu possible ce réseau intergénérationnel. La Déclaration, désormais transmise à ONU Femmes, servira de boussole stratégique pour nos actions à venir, notamment en amont de la Commission de la condition de la femme (CSW70) en mars 2026.
Engagée aux côtés des plus marginalisées, PADIL continuera d’amplifier leurs voix et de défendre, sans relâche, une justice en solidarité.
Parce qu’en Afrique, chaque femme et chaque fille doit pouvoir exiger, accéder à et vivre pleinement ses droits.
