The Association Promotion & Appui au Développement d'Initiatives Locales (PADIL) is pleased to announce to its members, partners and supporters that it has officially obtained its accreditation from the African Union Economic, Social and Cultural Council (AU-ECOSOCC), through the ECOSOCC Connect platform (File Reference Code: CAS-20260521-HPKQPE).
This accreditation, which recognises PADIL as a Civil Society Organisation (CSO) entitled to participate in African Union bodies, represents a major milestone in the journey and continental outreach of our association.
Building on this accreditation, PADIL submitted its application on 28 May 2026 to take part in the 5th Permanent General Assembly of the AU-ECOSOCC.
This accreditation opens new avenues for PADIL in terms of dialogue, advocacy and cooperation with Pan-African institutions, in the service of local development and civil society.

Invitation à la 5ᵉ Assemblée Générale Permanente
L'Association Promotion & Appui au Développement d'Initiatives Locales (PADIL) est heureuse d'annoncer à ses membres, partenaires et sympathisants qu'elle vient d'obtenir son accréditation officielle auprès du Conseil Économique, Social et Culturel de l'Union Africaine (UA-ECOSOCC), via la plateforme ECOSOCC Connect (Code de référence du dossier : CAS-20260521-HPKQPE).
Cette accréditation, qui reconnaît PADIL comme organisation de la société civile (OSC) habilitée à participer aux instances de l'Union Africaine, représente une étape majeure dans le parcours et le rayonnement de notre association à l'échelle continentale.
Forte de cette accréditation, PADIL a déposé le 28 mai 2026 sa candidature en vue de prendre part à la 5ᵉ Assemblée Générale Permanente (5th Permanent General Assembly) de l'UA-ECOSOCC.
Cette accréditation ouvre à PADIL de nouvelles perspectives de dialogue, de plaidoyer et de coopération avec les institutions panafricaines, au service du développement local et de la société civile.
