The PADIL Association – Promotion & Support to the Development of Local Initiatives is proud to announce its recognition at the African Excellence Awards 2026, receiving the “Outstanding Contribution to Youth Empowerment & Social Inclusion Award 2026 – North Africa.”
This prestigious recognition, presented by MEA Markets, acknowledges PADIL’s ongoing commitment to youth empowerment, social inclusion, sustainable local development, and community participation.
Through its projects and partnerships, PADIL works to support local communities, strengthen the capacities of grassroots actors, and promote innovative responses to social, economic, and environmental challenges.
PADIL’s activities focus particularly on youth empowerment, social inclusion, education, environmental protection, sustainable agriculture, natural resource management, and the creation of opportunities for local communities. The Association also places strong emphasis on international cooperation and youth mobility through European programmes, particularly Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps.
Receiving the African Excellence Award 2026 is an important recognition of PADIL’s collective efforts and provides additional motivation to pursue its mission, strengthen existing partnerships, and develop new initiatives that contribute to more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable communities.

Association PADIL distinguée aux ‘’African Excellence Awards 2026’’
L’Association PADIL – Promotion & Appui au Développement d’Initiatives Locales est fière d’annoncer sa distinction aux African Excellence Awards 2026, une reconnaissance qui vient saluer son engagement en faveur du développement local durable, inclusif et participatif.
Cette distinction constitue une importante reconnaissance du travail mené par PADIL pour soutenir les communautés locales, renforcer les capacités des acteurs de terrain et promouvoir des initiatives innovantes répondant aux défis sociaux, économiques et environnementaux.
À travers ses projets et partenariats, PADIL œuvre notamment dans les domaines de la jeunesse, l’inclusion sociale, l’éducation, l’environnement, l’agriculture durable, la gestion des ressources naturelles et la création d’opportunités pour les communautés locales. L’association accorde également une place importante à la coopération internationale et à la participation des jeunes aux programmes européens, notamment dans le cadre d’Erasmus+ et du Corps européen de solidarité.
