Training Room
As part of the transnational project "CINEMA2MEDIA : Teaching Democracy through Cinema", funded by the ERASMUS-YOUTH-2023-CB program, an international training of trainers brought together educators and youth workers in Cairo, Egypt, from December 2 to 7, 2024.
From December 3 to 5, participants from seven countries (Greece, Germany, Jordan, Egypt, France, Lebanon, and Tunisia) collaborated to explore and exchange innovative approaches to making the learning of democracy more engaging through the use of cinema as an educational tool.
One of the highlights of the training focused on the theme "Theater in Education through Cinema" providing participants with a platform to share ideas, engage in creative activities, and enhance their pedagogical skills through hands-on exercises.
Organized by the Egyptian partner, HAVE A DREAM Association, this event was a truly enriching experience, showcasing the power of cinema and the arts in promoting democracy while fostering dynamic and enduring international collaboration among youth-focused stakeholders.

CINEMA2MEDIA Project : Formation Internationale de Formateurs Erasmus+ au Caire
Dans le cadre du projet transnational "CINEMA2MEDIA : Enseigner la démocratie par le cinéma", financé par le programme ERASMUS-YOUTH-2023-CB, une formation internationale de formateurs (éducateurs et animateurs ), réunissant des éducateurs et animateurs de jeunesse, s’est déroulée au Caire, Égypte, du 2 au 7 décembre 2024.
En effet, du 3 au 5 décembre, des participants issus des sept pays partenaires (Grèce, Allemagne, Jordanie, Égypte, France, Liban et Tunisie) ont collaboré pour découvrir et partager des approches novatrices visant à rendre l'apprentissage de la démocratie plus captivant grâce à l’utilisation du cinéma comme outil éducatif.
L’un des temps forts de cette formation a été consacré au thème inspirant « Le théâtre dans l'éducation par le cinéma », offrant aux participants un espace pour échanger leurs idées, s’immerger dans des activités créatives, et renforcer leurs compétences pédagogiques grâce à des exercices pratiques.
Organisé par l’association égyptienne HAVE A DREAM, cet événement a représenté une expérience profondément enrichissante, mettant en lumière le pouvoir du cinéma et des arts pour promouvoir la démocratie, tout en encourageant une collaboration internationale dynamique et durable entre les différents acteurs de la jeunesse.
