''International Leaders Study Visit “STEP BY STEP'': German Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ijgd Magdeburg, Germany'' - (Germany on December 2012, Egypt on February 2013 and Tunisia on March 2013).

The program of the Study Visit is jointly organized by ijgd Magdeburg (Germany), IYDA (Egypt) and PADIL (Tunisia).

''Serenity for Tomorrow'': Youth in Action, Association Civis in Sweden - (on September 2012).

The aims for the project are to create a dialogue between young people and NGOs on the issues of youth influence and democracy. Methods used intercultural learning workshops, structured dialogue, value practices etc.

For the purposes of the CINEMATOMEDIA project (101131238 — CINEMATOMEDIA — ERASMUS-YOUTH-2023-CB), democracy is intended in a wider sense.

The concept of democracy includes valuing peace, understanding conflict resolution, promoting gender equality and a culture of freedom, promoting the social inclusion of different people, promoting the communication and common action amongst the members of a society and promoting environmental awareness and an active stance towards the environmental problems.

Les partenaires du projet TOURBiNE ont tenu la deuxième réunion de gestion, de suivi et de mise en oeuvre dudit projet, qui a été organisée sous la coordination du Chef de file à savoir la municipalité métropolitaine de Konya en Turquie.

L'Association PADIL, agissant dans le cadre du projet REVITAL-METLINE , lance un appel d'offres ouvert pour l'acquisition de quantités déterminées de fibres végétales (alfa, oisier, roseau/canne, etc.).

Le présent appel d'offres a pour objectif de sélectionner des fournisseurs qualifiés capables de répondre aux besoins spécifiques du projet.

The PADIL Association is pleased to announce the official closure of the TOURBiNE project, implemented under the Erasmus+ Programme with the participation of several partner organizations from different countries across the Mediterranean Basin.

CREATIVE PRISMA project addresses the horizontal priority of social inclusion. It targets migrants and refugees or asylum seekers with the aim of training them until they acquire skills in the third sector (non-public, non-private sector).

Dangerous Intentions Project – ERASMUS-YOUTH-EXCHANGE -2023-1NL02-KA152-YOU-00143918, Association PADIL and the Dutch World UP, at ''Centre des Stages et de Vacances à Chatt Mami-Metline'', the project's main aim is to raise awareness and create discussions through NFE methods (interactive workshops, role-playing simulations, acting, debating, teamwork, games, etc) about the different forms of violence against women, its differences between countries, consequences, and how to discuss the topic while supporting victims and survivors; (February 2024).

Après plus d’un an de préparation et deux semaines intenses sur le terrain en Tunisie, nous venons de boucler une aventure humaine profonde et transformante dans le cadre de notre projet JSI – OneAbility Tour. Une aventure portée par une conviction forte : donner la parole aux personnes en situation de handicap, interroger leur place dans la société et agir concrètement pour leur inclusion.

‘’Find oursel-EVS'' Training Course: by EVS projects – Cazall Intercultural Lorca, Región de Murcia, Spain - (on October 2015).

The project brought together 25 youth workers and EVS mentors from Egypt, Poland, Bulgaria, Greece, Armenia, Romania, Morocco, Italy, Jordan, Macedonia, Tunisia and Spain.

From 18 to 24 November 2025, Chaima Matmati and Nesryne Azzouz, representing the PADIL Association, participated in an Erasmus+ training course in Madrid, Spain, organised by YouthProAktiv and titled “Digital Incubator for Environmental Positive Impact – Enhancing Youth-led Sustainable Projects.”

Quand la nature devient artisanat!

Introduction

Dans un monde où l’apprentissage est souvent cantonné à des cadres institutionnels et des parcours standardisés, certaines histoires nous rappellent que la créativité et le talent peuvent naître et s’épanouir hors des sentiers battus. C’est précisément le cas de l’enfant O. ESSOURI, un jeune artiste de 15 ans dont les œuvres originales, réalisées entièrement à la main, ont su capter l’attention par leur authenticité et leur maturité. Bien qu’il n’ait pas pris part aux ateliers de formation du projet REVITAL-METLINE organisés par l’Association PADIL, l’enfant O. ESSOURI a emprunté un chemin différent pour cultiver son art : celui de l’apprentissage transmis au sein de sa propre famille.

Learning program “Youthful Europe”: South Mediterranean edition; Training Course: Hammamet, Tunisia - (on April 2016).

The learning program “Youthful Europe” is an initiative of the Austrian, German and Polish National Agencies for the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Program and the three regional SALTO Centers (SEE, EECA and Euro med) responding to a need to provide perspectives for addressing the European dimension in youth work and to promote the empowerment of young people taking an active role in envisaging future Europe.

Le 21 mars dernier, l’Association PADIL a organisé une journée d’information (Info-Day) dédiée au projet REVITAL-METLINE, intitulé « Revitaliser les Savoirs Ancestraux : Devenir Vannier et Alfatier à Metline ». Cette initiative s’est déroulée dans le cadre d’un partenariat avec le Centre Culturel pour les Jeunes ‘SAF-ART’ à Ras Jebel , qui a apporté son soutien actif à l’événement.

Madrid, Spain – February 1–6, 2026, Three members of Association PADIL, Hamed KRIAA, Rayhane FEKIH, and Mariem BRIKI, represented the association at an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange organised by YouthProAktiv in Madrid, under the theme "Working with the EU to Enhance the Participation of Disadvantaged Young People." The event offered our delegates an in-depth immersion into European democratic mechanisms and practical tools to amplify the voices of marginalised youth.

Dans le cadre du projet "Cultivons un avenir durable à Metline", nous avons le plaisir d'annoncer la tenue d'un programme de formation sur le thème "Changement climatique, Impacts et défis", qui a eu lieu du 16 au 18 septembre 2024, à la salle de réunions de la Commune de Metline.

L'Association PADIL est heureuse d'annoncer la signature d'un contrat de subvention, le mercredi, 29 mai 2024, avec CEFA Tunisie (Comité Européen pour la Formation et l’Agriculture Onlus).

L’Association PADIL en tant que partenaire d’appui pour les initiatives de changement et de renforcement des compétences relationnelles des tunisien(ne)s, vient de soutenir Mme Asma HASSOUNA, experte en techniques de communication, à travers le coaching théâtral, pour organiser le projet «STOP À LA TOXICITÉ AU TRAVAIL» qui vise à sensibiliser les tunisien(ne)s à l’importance des relations saines au travail à travers la communication.

L'Association PADIL a organisé, les 02, 09 et 16 novembre 2024, une formation dédiée aux ''Bonnes Pratiques Culturales'', destinée à un groupe d'agriculteurs de la région de Metline.

Naissance d’un panier, élan créatif

Dans le cadre du projet « Revitaliser les Savoirs Ancestraux : Devenir Vannier et Alfatier à Metline, Gouvernorat de Bizerte, Tunisie » (REVITAL-METLINE), mis en œuvre par l’Association PADIL, un nouveau rapport d’avancement a été élaboré.

L’Association PADIL a le plaisir d’annoncer sa participation à la foire « Les Métlinoises - El Foundou », un événement incontournable organisé par la Jeune Chambre Internationale (JCI) Metline, dédié à la promotion de l’artisanat, de l’entrepreneuriat local et à la valorisation des talents féminins de la région.

As part of its ongoing commitment to youth mobility, inclusion, and intercultural dialogue, the PADIL Association took part in the Erasmus+ project "Building Bridges – Enhancing Inclusion," held in Msida, Malta, from August 7 to 15, 2026.

Dans le cadre de l’appel à projets « Pouvoir d’agir des jeunes », initié par Solidarité Laïque Tunisie avec le soutien financier et technique de la Fondation de France , une journée spéciale a été organisée pour réunir tous les lauréats sélectionnés. Cet événement s’est tenu le vendredi 24 janvier 2025 à l’Espace Farah , un lieu symbolique propice aux échanges et à la collaboration.

SIMULATION GAMES in civil conflict management: German Ministry of Foreign Affairs, CRISP a non-profit organization based in Berlin, Germany - (on July 2013).

In the course of this project the participants from Greece, Tunisia and Egypt, discussed how they themselves are situated within the situation of youth unemployment and how they can participate actively in addressing and constructively talk about the issues.

Social Entrepreneurs for Mediterranean Communities-(SEMCO): by Youth in Action Program, Centro per lo Sviluppo Creativo Danilo Dolci, Palerme-Italy - (on October 2014).

SEMCO is an 8-day training course (TC) which aims to encourage social entrepreneurship in the Euro Mediterranean level.

The PADIL Associationis delighted to share the highlights of its participation in the final meeting, study visit, and evaluation workshops of the transnational TOURBiNE project (n°101093302), supported by the ERASMUS+ 2021-2027 PROGRAM.

On December 27, 2024, the Theatro Piccolo di Bizerte, nestled in the heart of Quartier Essaha, Bizerte, hosted a remarkable day of information and discovery around the innovative game "WHY THE SHADOWS OF CARTHAGE?". This event brought together a diverse audience eager to explore a unique educational and entertaining approach to Tunisian history.

Journey to Peace is a Training Course involving youth workers from different countries.

Your Voice-Your Power an intercultural youth project on urban culture and social change: Youth in Action, DE-31-E25-2013-R1, jgd Magdeburg, Germany - (on June 2013).

Participants are 20 young people from Germany, Tunisia, Egypt and Austria.
